Had dinner there tonight. The borsch was good, and I say that as someone who loves to make and eat borsch (and spells it with no 't' on purpose), although they don't serve bread with it, oy. The potato dumplings were not so good :(. The poster on the wall definitely says "Have you enlisted?"
