If tolling increased traffic 37% then not tolling created a 59% increase. Let's say the normal un-tolled flow is 100 cars (per something). After tolling it drops 37% to 63 cars (per whatever). How much do you have to increase 63 to get back to 100 cars? 59% give or take a small decimal place.

Goldy, this is the first rational explanation of F'edFlix I've read or at least an explanation of how their latest mover can be seen as rational. Unfortunately, Redbox (aka "Empty Box") is no substitute for Netflix's huge back catalog.

Two words. Tim Eyman. Car tabs should be based on the value or cost of the vehicle, so more expensive and larger cars - which pollute more and have bigger impact - pay more than smaller ones. But that was thrown out by Gimmie Timmy initiative.

try walking into them at high speed if they're blocking the sidewalk, or walk right by and give a quick elbow jab or just scream "Leave Me Alone you Fucking Asshole" at max psycho volume. Works best if your square looking middle aged guy in a suit.
