Funny thing is, from my perspective, this is a damned near perfect bill. It would be better if there was a provision for home growth in modest quantities, but otherwise, the particulars these activists object to — moderately heavy taxation, a dui provision — are the exact specifics that make me entirely happy with the bill. I'd probably still vote for it if these restrictions were removed, but I wouldn't be nearly as enthusiastic.

I found this half adorable (ages 10-13 being the only time in ones life when it's not entirely despicable to threaten to torture and kill somebody over the internet) up through the 'RETARDED FAGGOT' bit. Buddy, I understand that you chose those words in order to show that you're tough and Ain't Give a Shit, but really, it just makes you look like a sad jerk.

I live in northern queen anne: not the center of the city, but hardly the far flung burbs. I walk to a grocery store a few times a week, just under a mile away. The closest liquor store is about 3 miles away. If you live next to a state run liquor store, of course you'll have to go a little further for booze. But pretty much everybody lives w/in convenient distance from a grocery store -- we choose our living arrangements in part based on that; not so much the booze store. It's not as if 3 blocks is an unreasonable distance to buy booze. (3 miles, on the other hand, kinda is.) Silliest argument from Goldy yet.

He's a likable & decent fellow who does a really good job making unlistenable music. I'm pretty sure this has been the consensus expert belief for about two decades now.
