We, the responsible gun people follow a few simple rules:
1. treat every gun as if it were loaded no matter what
2. be aware of where it is pointed / don't point it at anything that would make you sad if it went off
3. keep your finger off and away from the trigger unless you are ready to shoot something

Explain to me please why I as a 'gun nut' should be held accountable for someone choosing to commit suicide? If I were a 'pharmacy nut' should I feel worse if they use sleeping pills? As a 'barber' am I complicit in any suicide involving a shaving kit?

Seriously - take a look at their trigger fingers. See how they are pointing down the length of the barrel and not inside the trigger guard? That's how you are supposed to do it. If more people did this we would have fewer accidents.
