Happy to see drones are no longer on the table, but I have to agree with the city on security cameras. In the UK, these things are everywhere and directly helped find criminals in a recent stabbing spree there. Security cameras are "the man" up until it helps find the scum that beat the shit out of you in Belltown.

Eight years ago I remember having high school classes dedicated to preparing for the WASL, the state standardized test at the time. It was insane how much time we spent on it. Meanwhile, I never learned about the Vietnam war and only briefly touched on WWII in history. My high school education was a joke and it looks like it still is for many.

I've got nothing against the bicyclists/bike lanes, especially in the car congested downtown area. However, when I'm driving in Renton on Logan Ave and I see bicyclists not utilizing the bike lanes but instead cycling in the middle of the road -- well, I'm not so nice. If it's provided to you, PLEASE use it.

Dan Segal is a sorry excuse for a music writer if he considers this drivel anything but a shit show. There was a time not long ago where musical artists wrote the lyrics they sing and recorded and performed the music that was played. The only exception I can think of in recent times (other than the boy band Maroon 5) is Adele who actually writes her own lyrics and is a fantastic talent.

Good music is a matter of personal opinion, but when it's test tube created by record companies, I have no respect for it. I would think a musical writer would tend to agree with that...

Owning a Falcon 900 makes you employ at minimum four people directly, and dozens indirectly. Any job in the business aviation industry will employ highly skilled, blue collar, unionized jobs. Don't be quick to bash people who own business jets... I know of many Seattle millionaires/billionaires who have much bigger and flashier planes they don't necessary need. The Falcon 900 is just right.
