This episode just happened to air on IFC today. I had to stop and watch it, even though I've seen every episode multiple times.

I have no interest in most high school-centric tv shows because I figure living through it once was enough. But, Freaks and Geeks is something special. It transcends our individual and collective experiences in a way that is unique, entertaining and brilliant.

I've always thought that about our stadiums. Great cities can have great professional sports franchises and great schools. Two are not mutually exclusive.
