I even find it in my heart to love Mike Love.

There's something in your life that you have been neglecting -- you are worried that it may be too late to make things good. The little horse reassures you that there may be time to fix things. What do horses mean to you, do they intimidate you or do you like them?
Jun 25 --MC commented on A Kleptomaniac Rom-Com, a Chinese-American Superhero, and a Neurotic World Traveler.
I read as much of "Petty Theft" as I could, but it was making my liver ache, so had to stop.
Jun 20 --MC commented on Anti-Gay Superstar Bryan Fischer Says Something New, Subtext Remains the Same.
IF we're discriminating against gays, let's start with Bryan Fischer, closet case he is. That shirt, baby! Bing Crosby at the PGA in 1971!
Jun 2 --MC commented on The New York Times Pulls #YesAllWomen-Themed Cartoon for Being "Too Sensitive".
#6 -- I was wondering about the quality of the art, but then realized that Kupperman was just crapping out a rough to show the idea (if the Times had accepted it, I am sure his art would have been better). And judging from the death threat in the comments, the writing was effective.
May 27 --MC commented on Joe the Plumber Returns With: Guns Are More Important Than the Dead UCSB Kids.
The "well-regulated militia" argument has been around for years. YEARS. I first read it in a book by Paul Fussell, the military historian. Gun owners should be obliged to register, then ATTEND, monthly militia training sessions: seminars on gun safety, close-order drilling, etc. Like ROTC, or like the National Guard, but one weekend a month to devote to the idea of a "well-regulated militia". Then they can have their guns. Not before. I have always liked this idea.

#2, thank you, I was wondering where the "I'm one of those and I don't much mind" comments were. There were so many in the "Fake Mexican Day" thread. I'm not Jewish and the nose thing skeeved me out big time.
May 19 --MC commented on Why Didn't Anyone Notice Macklemore's Anti-Semitic Costume at EMP?.
#106, that was comedy? It's possible to be funny without dressing up to look like something out of Der Stürmer.

#95 ...so if one complains about a stereotype, one is perpetuating the stereotype? No .. one is perpetuating the complaints against the stereotype.

Here's a question I guess none of us have asked: where did he get that fake nose and how is it marketed?
