You realise an H1B has to be paid the same as an American worker? Sure, some of the body shop factories I've seen abuse the crap out of their H1Bs, but Microsoft? Well examined, watched, randomly checked Microsoft? Nope, sorry, hate to break it to you, but I'm neither cheap or easily intimidated (your sister on the other hand ...)
(Oh and note the same committee has also called out Google and Apple for the same practices)
