In December, I went to visit an elderly relative. When lunch time came around, she said she wanted a McDonald's McRib. I'd never eaten a McRib, but decided to have one with her.

A few days later, my Yoga-instructing husband was online ordering yoga mats. He googled the term "yoga mat" and came up with a news story about how McRib sandwiches and yoga mats are made out of exactly the same chemicals!

Since yoga is a healthful practice, I think this means McRibs are health food.
