And I can't think of a better treat for my mouth than sugar, fat, chocolate, and caffeine.

So distracted was I by the thought of sugar, fat, chocolate, and caffeine in one delicious concoction, I didn't even notice the other possible interpretation of the phrase "mouth hug" until I read some comments. (Sweets tend to affect my higher cognitive functions.)
