He signed the Lilly Ledbetter equal pay for women act. There are a lot of provisions in the affordable health care act that are specifically designed to help the middle class. He's pushing only to let the bush tax cuts expire on the wealthy and not the middle class.

Those are big things, and he fought/is fighting hard against the repubs on all of them. Don't be so dismissive of them.

As far as both Mitt and Barack are concerned, the remaining slice of what remains of a dismantled economy (the Fantasy Finance Sector) is doing just fine --- future Goldman Sachs International partnership awaits President Obama.

oh wait, he doesn't have a jobs plan he's focused on, he seems unwilling to state the fact that the republicans are in control of DC and have been, and all this would be too "power oriented," too Trumanesaque, too old timey FDR, this is the modern democratic party, the one just wants to be 5% less right wing than the GOP and win on that basis. This way, you get to keep going to fundraisers with hedge fund guys.
