Where in the First Amendment does it say speech is limited to low power radio stations? "Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech." Clear enough?

No law means no law. It doesn't mean, Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech except broadcasts above 1 watt. It doesn't say that.
