Well, Jen, weren't you embedded with the troops in Afghanistan, practising that non-journalism journalism soooo very popular and in vogue today?

Perhaps you studied up on the history of Afghanistan, how they once had a somewhat more secular government, but thanks to external interference, first by the USA to destabilize that gov't, then the invasion of the Sovs, things changed rather dramatically, etc., etc.?

When members of the electorate ignore their citizenship duty to familiarize themselves with the candidates, and continue to elect puppets like Barack Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton (FYI, Jen, ever bother to check out Hillary's voting record on such issues while she was in the Senate? You might actually learn something, for a change!), Maria Cantwell, Diane Feinstein, etc., instead of the real candidates of and for the people, like Kucinich, Defazio, Dorgan, McKinney, etc.

Drone Master Obama was just reelected, and has already gone about Wall Street's directives, whittling down Social Security, so that the banksters' establishment of ELX Futures won't have been in vain, etc., etc.

That is why the fight is being waged over and over and over and over (ad infinitum) again, on choice, women's rights, minority rights, workers' rights, and basic human rights.
