We must have had eight courses served. I had brought a very nice bottle of 1995 Italian wine which the waiter cheerfully uncorked and poured. Chef Mike came over to our table and seeing the bottle, got a glass and gave it a taste. "This is not ready yet," he said, "save it for the main course." He then proceeded to get a bottle of his own wine, poured four glasses, and joined us in tasting it. It was very good and we enjoyed it with the first few courses. (BTW, it never showed up on the check!)

All of the courses were brought in a timely manner, allowing us to enjoy conversation and eat without being rushed or waiting to long between. Each was very different and absolutely delicious. We shared the three desserts and enjoyed complimentary Vin Santo.

Would I recommend Pasta Freska? Of course! Have I gone back? Ditto!

I've never received such rude treatment from any restaurant. I will never go back and never recommend this establishment. It seems that he is only kind to people, other than just at first, if they spend what he considers "enough money" there.
