A documentary about Philippe Petit, the French street performer who illegally strung a cable between the Twin Towers (you could get away with that kind of thing in 1974) and spent an hour prancing a thousand feet in the air. He was arrested, but only “sentenced” to perform another high-wire act for the children of New York City. Variety calls it "one of the most wildly entertaining docs of recent years."
