Annual Omak Stampede is August 6-9. This video, from 2008, includes interviews with John Payne, the One Armed Bandit, and footage from the stampede and Suicide Race near the Colville Indian Reservation in Omak Washington. This video barely scratches the surface of how complex this event is - the rodeo and the race down Suicide Hill.
