Service is terrible!

Be careful to deal with A Piece of Cake! My friends! I am so mad about the boss Mike. Because of my friend's recommendation, I went there to make an assessment about design and specs of the cake. Then I asked him to write down his name and price. Today I called to order, he told me that I needed to add money on the roses. He didn't told me that, and didn't apologize for not telling me. Instead, he said that I should know it. What surprised me is that he even said:"If you asked me to add two diamonds on the cake, should I pay $5,000 for you?" He is so rude to the customer! I can not believe it!
