I ordered Fettuccine Carbonara on two different occasions from the Amante's located at 12319 Roosevelt Way NE. (206) 362-6666. Both times all I got was noodles and sauce. Don't even know if it was alfredo. Their menu clearly states that this dish includes Sautéed bacon, fresh mushrooms, green onions, and diced tomatoes served in homemade Alfredo sauce. None of these items were included. I also asked for chicken. The chicken cost $2.25 extra on top of the $13.95 and the chicken was not fully cooked. So after paying 16.20 plus tax and delivery charges for what i thought would be Fettuccine Carbonara with Sautéed bacon, fresh mushrooms, green onions, and diced tomatoes served in homemade Alfredo sauce; instead what I got was noodles, white sauce, and uncooked chicken.
