Green star Bambino's Pizzeria (Belltown)

401 Cedar St
Seattle, Wa 98121
(206) 269-2222
Website

Bambino's proofs their pizza dough for two days, tops it with locally grown ingredients, and fire roasts it in a brick oven to make their Neapolitan pie tutto naturale. Boozehounds can also appreciate the beer and wine menu, which is large enough to induce gravitational orbit in nearby objects. If you don't like pizza or beer (i.e., if you don't like fun), Bambino's also serves calzoni, salads, and gelato. Of the Tre Gusti pie—it's truffle oil, Fontal (a cousin of fontina), sliced potato, and onions—Megan Seling says, "It's so fucking good."

5 Stars for deliciousness

Bambinos has affordable prices, great service, quality ingredients,
This is a great place for our large office to order during business hours
All in all
5 stars for deliciousness. 5 stars for free delivery. 5 stars for NEVER screwing up an order - easily my favorite catering choice in the city. If you like spicy, add Calabrese sausage to your sandwich or pizza– fresh made sausage (vs. the frozen kind you normally get) and they will burn your face off. So good

What more can you ask for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

love me some east coast pizza(not New York Style....but more Boston-ish) and Bambino's delivers the closest I have seen. Plus they are across the street from me, so the pizza gets there in about 15 minutes! Ask for extra thin and crispy crust to be transported back to Boston without the wicked weather!

Pizza has no taste and the manager there at the time was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! My boyfriend and I went 40 minutes out of our way to eat here b/c I had a gift card. After we ate our tasteless pizza we went to pay for our lunch with our gift card. The waitress came back and said her manager said we can't use it b/c it's been bought over a year ago. I looked at the card with confusion and it didnt' state any expiration date or anything on it. There was a number on the back to call and check our balance and it stated we had $30 on it. I took it to the cash register where the manager was and was very nice and explained what was going on. Right away she was extremely rude in telling us it's not her problem b/c they have no way of "reading" a card that is over a year old. I told her that we called the number on the back and it gave us a $30 balance. She said if there is a number to call to get the balance then we should call THEM and get our money back. I told her the number didn't give us any options and it just gave us a balance. She didn't care. Not only would it have been a good thing to give us a small discount since we got screwed, but not being nice about anything just lost them a customer. They not only need to learn how to make better pizza but they need to take a class on customer service.

"PERFECT PIZZA/SERVICE"

We had Bambinos deliver 23 pizzas for an office party and I must say we will not be using anybody else from now on.Every pizza that was delivered was cooked to perfection. Many times when we order such large quantity some pizzas are neglected, but they made sure every pizza was done the right way. And most importantly they were on time. Go ahead and laugh, but there is nothing more stressful then having 60 people waiting for food and hearing the driver is lost. I also like that they have the option of fresh or shredded mozzarella at no cost, and they’re reasonably priced

Daddy Likes.....

Bambino's is my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. I stress over whether to get pizza or calzoni. It isnt expensive, but every damn thing on the menu has been fabulous. My one complaint, as others have said, is that the waitresses can be rude and the pizza crust is sometimes too charred for my taste.

Good Pizza Service not so much

I got a flyer on my car so I gave them a shot. I ordered a large Chicken Sausage and meatballs. They told me it was busy and it would take an hour to get my Pizza. I get my pizza in a hour and a half. The Pizza was great the only problem was no meatballs. I called up and this is what happened. *Ring *Ring Hello Bambino's ME: Hey I just got a Pizza delivered to me and I ordered chicken sausage and meatballs but I didn't get the meatballs. Him: We are out of meatballs Me: Okay... Well I paid for them and they are not here. Him: We are out of meatballs Me: Then why did you sell them to me I paid for them and they are not here and your pizza was a half a hour late. Him: what do you want me to about it(upset tone). Me: Well I guess you aren't going to do anything are you? Him:......AH..... I hung up what a joke.

Love it!!!

Not usually a fan of vegetarian pizza, however I often feel compelled to order it so I feel better about eating 1/2 of a large at one sitting. Bambino's giardiniera makes the decision easy, and I no longer pine for greasy pepperoni or sausage. Plus, it always seems like my pizza arrives within 20 minutes.

5 STARS

A nice casual restaurant. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of alcohol. I almost wanted to say, "are you kidding?". Anyway, food was great, I had them deliver to my office in the past so I knew the food will not dissppoint. My favorite dish is the Fettucine Alfredo. I really just wanted the taste of a good homemade meal, and that is what I got. I swear it was THE BEST f.a. I ever had. I am very happy they are doing well, we need a place like this in Belltown.

WOW

After travelling the world for 8 years and have had several pizza's all over this earth I have never tasted anything more disgusting in my life. The crust was like something had been in the fridge for weeks then reheated, with very little toppings which had been shipped in from a non-fed african country. When tried to contact management about this object they called a pizza, they were either uncontactable or never contacted me back, the customer either. How they are still in business is beyond me. Beware consumers, stay aware from this low rate amatuer pizza makers.

Sadly its a miss

I'm not super-picky and I really really wanted to like this place, but my 2nd-choice salad was totally mediocre (though satisfyingly large), and the pizza was more like pizza-stew on a sodden cracker it was so poorly cooked. I might be willing to give it one more try, but I sure wouldn't be expecting much.

Eh, nothing special

This place feels a bit like a crappy version of Pagliacci's or something. It a California chain(ish) restaraunt that claims to make good East Coast Pizza. They prove this to you by putting pretty picutres of NYC on the walls. The food is mediocre.
