• Barriga Llena (which, happily, means “full belly”) makes tortas that people love. The barrigona (the "torta de la casa") is filled with milanesa (breaded, fried steak), roasted pork leg, spicy chorizo, AND more sausage, as well as cheese, black beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado. It is amazing in its size, structure, and flavor. It is not for the small of stomach. The Toluquena is a lighter but still meaty option—carne asada and more of Barriga Llena's house-made chorizo, which no one can get enough of.
