BLU VIDEO BAR722 E Pike St, 568-4258Capitol Hill's BLU VIDEO BAR has the futuristic theme down pat--from the pale blue walls (which practically glow) to the plasma TVs and clear bubble keeping the upstairs porch warm (okay, it's a tent). Blu is the place to see and be seen--especially for queer boys. I'm no queer boy, but I still like the fancy-pants drinks (like the Blu Martini, a lavender liqueur concoction), the Best of Showtunes Sunday nights, and--check this out--Blu's new Monday night gig, U-Spin, where Joe Regular can walk in off the street and play DJ.
