Satellite Lounge 1118 E Pike St, 324-4019 The SATELLITE LOUNGE takes drinking very seriously. Until recently, it opened at 6 am on Sundays, so heavy Saturday-night drinkers who wanted to keep it going on into the light of the lord's day had a place that satisfied their needs. The latest admirable effort that the Satellite is making to keep booze at the heart of the matter is to offer on weekends a brunch that is matched by a generous happy hour (noon to 4 pm). Ham and eggs with cheap booze--now that is what I call civilized. CHARLES MUDEDE
