THE FENIX UNDERGROUND 109 S Washington St, 405-4323 I don't often visit bars, and when I do, it's generally the cozy small-town type--one floor, a few booths, maybe a stage somewhere... the basics. But I went to the Fenix Underground a while back and man, that place is out of control. There's a bar upstairs, a bar downstairs, there's even a bar on the main floor in the showroom (where they have live music almost nightly). And they have TVs everywhere and a projection screen next to the stage to broadcast the show arena-style! It's crazy, but sometimes crazy is fun. MEGAN SELING
