What's your DJ dream date?

"If I could collaborate with Peter Kruder and Angelo Badalamenti."

When did you realize your DJ calling?

"I've been playing music since I was very young, so I guess I always thought I would be a DJ. The first time I heard jump-up jungle, I immediately fell in love with it, and other forms of dance music followed. I started finding opportunities to play records at various parties and clubs, and the next thing I knew, people were calling."

What's the best thing about being a DJ?

"The knowledge that not many people play the same music as I do. I don't know anyone who plays quite as vast a selection of genres."

A pox on what songs?

"'Who Let the Dogs Out' by the Baha Men, and 'Blue' by Eiffel 65."

How do you feel about requests?

Let it be known from here on out that DJs do not want to change their style of music in mid-set to accommodate you and your three friends."
