Bistro Turkuaz serves delicious Turkish food. It is run by a family, and Mom is doing the cooking: Everything is fresh and homemade. Half the menu is small dishes: baked feta, eggplant in yogurt, hummus, etc. The other half is kebabs: lamb, beef, and more.
Hours: Tues-Thurs 5-10 pm, Fri-Sat 5-11 pm

Awesome

This is an awesome place where you can taste sample of authentic Turkish food. I say a sample because the Turkish cuisine has a vast variety of food. This place is one of the rare Turkish places that really tastes authentic in the US. I have eaten at many Turkish places including, NYC, and DC and this place is the best on the west coast.

Poor service

Getting seated turned out to be a big ordeal, even though the restaurant was not crowded. We told the server that we had 5 people in our party. She seated us at a table with 4 seats. We politely asked for a 5th seat at the table. She said that a 5th seat would be a problem if the restaurant becomes crowded. She did not offer to help, so we brought a 5th seat to the table ourselves. The food was good but pricey. The server stopped bringing us water half-way through the meal. She appeared to be too busy chatting with another party to notice us. Based on my overall experience, I would say that this restaurant is not worth a repeat visit.

Excellent.

I have eaten at Bistro Turkuaz least 3 times so far. I gave them 10000000000 out of 100. It is an excellent place for dinning and wine. Keep up the good work guys! Ellerine saglik Ugur'cugum
