Haitian food done right

I was born in Haiti (although I'm not Haitian), and Mackenson is making some happy, tasty Haitian food. The meat dishes are all excellent, and so are the "legume" (an eggplant dish) and the pumpkin soup. Best of all, everything comes with light, perfectly fried plantains, and rice and beans that took me back the minute I tasted them. I love Dick's, but it's nice to have another fast, delicious option on Holman!
