Where else can you get a grass fed painted hills burger in Georgetown?
Brass Tacks! (right next to Ground Control) They call it the Georgetown Royal...it has fresh cheese curds with mushroom putine, sauted onions, shaved truffles, apple smoked bacon, and a duck egg that cascades down the sides...AMAZING....oh...there also is Foie Gras aioli on the toasted chibatta bun. The price for this culinary creation...30 bucks, a small price to pay for the most scrumptious burger I've ever had in Georgetown!
I agree the Georgetown Royal is the best in Georgetown maybe even Seattle...watch out Black Label NYC! Duck egg and foie gras...seriously yummy!!! Chibatta really holds it together! I would pay $50 for this sinful treat:)
Just went to this new place in Georgetown, classic cocktails and an amazing beet salad with homemade ricotta and pistachios! Great ambiance///wonderfully attractive staff
My hot girlfriend and I went to this amazing spot in Georgetown we heard about from Bill and Linda Gates, well they were definetly right about the Heritage ham chop with grits and collards...we also had the pork fries with apple butter...omg...THIS IS GEORGETOWNS BEST KEPT SECRET! Its a new spot that opened in December or January...I think those guys from Ground Control are doing an amazing job by putting Georgetown on the map with great service and delicious food
If you haven't had the Sunday brunch at Brass Tacks I highly recommend it! Seasoned chicken and waffles, parfait with seasonal berries, brioche French toast with huckleberrys and marscapone melted on top...need I say more, FYI.........DJ Soul One! plays there every Sunday. it's like being in Miami for brunch!
My partner and I went to Sunday brunch and it is to die for. The service is great and so is the food! We ordered the steak and frites with a duck egg cooked just the way I like it and crispy little potatoes, Also had mimosas with fresh oj and then worked on a lavender infused vanilla beam vodka as a champagne cocktail🍹Next time I'm getting the waffles and chicken.
The wait staff are horrible and ignore most people. The food is 'eh, sorry man I know your a good chef but maybe it's just your staff.
Most of all the service is crap.
It's G-Town, walk down the street to someplace cool, there's lots of them, and grab some food and a cocktail.
You can miss this one, I wish I did.
Had to do it...Georgetown Royal, best burger in Seattle!
