YOU NEVER KNEW WONTON SOUP COULD BE SO AWESOME.

Why, why, why, why, why order from Pandasia?

Chen's is not fine dining, it's not particularly pretty. What it IS is delicious and a great value.

The bar in the back always looks lively though I've never sat back there. Perhaps it's a bunch of the regulars, but I also once observed 3 young service members (2 guys, 1 woman) walk in and comfortably start shooting pool. In other words, it seems a friendly place to drink as well as dine.

The dining room itself is nothing special and is frequently shared with the owner's child playing at one of the tables on a Sunday. The fish tank is clean and the fish look healthy so you know they care enough to make the place presentable. My bf and I always receive excellent service when we dine in. It's quiet enough for our particular sort of po' folks eating out romance. My gf order out frequently with no problem. They pack everything solid and in reusable/recycleable containers. Ordering is easy for two+: ask for the dinner for two (three, four, whatever), order as many entrees as people and you will get white rice, an eggroll, and hot sour/egg drop with each. Proceed to share. Primo dishes will add a little extra to the total, but the price is wholly reasonable.

As I mentioned in the beginning, the WONTON SOUP IS NOT TO BE MISSED. They charge extra to substitute it into lunch/dinner specials. DO IT. The wontons are peppery, the spring onion is fresh, and there is a solid piece of sweet pork and chicken in every bowl. My other recommendation "not to be missed" is the perfectly sweet sesame chicken. Again, its awesomeness is in its generosity of flavor. I'm always looking for a great Mongolian Chicken (extra extra spicy) and they deliver there as well. What have I missed? Whatever it is, I betting I'll try it and it will be delicious.

Take out...don't eat in.

This place is substance over form. For those sketched out about the looks of the restaurant...don't be...you're not eating the structure...you're eating the food. The prices are fair, and the food is all ways well made. The delivery is what this place is all about...the driver is a middle aged chinese man who always delivers on time and is extremely friendly.

Now about the food which is what should matter not decorl. This is a asian fusion cuisine...not really chinese, not really taiwanese, nor thai...it's a Americanize motley gathering of all. It boast some of the better quality fried rice you can get your chopsticks on and the best dishes are the Mongolian beef, dried sauted string beans, crab rangoon, killer hot and sour soup, lemon chicken, and last but least the sweat and sour chicken...quite nice. Don't be shy when calling cause the asian female who answers the phone has a very thick MSG laden accent but once she's done screaming your order to the cook things are well at hand.

It's not fine dining folks, it's an honest attempt to provide decent quality food at your door at a good price.

I strongly recommend it. Especially if your not found of doing dishes on a Tuesday night...I don't I'm not...I rather save my precious time fondling my girlfreind...she's really hot.

Is it good?

Is it? Too shady looking to go in. There are always cars parked in their lot. I've never seen anyone actually walking in or out, though. Maybe it should be called The Chen Village because of that movie.
