The Stranger, as usual, is missing the best development in the scene in forever. The ideally located (U-District) Rat and Raven is booking all-ages matinees on Saturdays! With bands that people might actually want to see! Since none of the others are willing to cover it, Complaints Box will. On Saturday, April 28, Si Si Si will be destroying the place in broad daylight. Their stripped-down 1960s garage throwback thing is good fun. I never got to see the Seeds, but these guys have it covered just fine.
