"'Cuoco' is the Italian word for 'cook,' and the inspiration for showing off our chefs in an open kitchen," says Tom Douglas, aka T-Doug. Cuoco is his 101st restaurant (approximately). It's in South Lake Union and it's Italian, and it's quite expensive and reportedly maybe not quite worth it.
Hours: Mon-Fri 11 am–2 pm and 4 pm–10 pm, Sun 9 am-2 pm and 4 pm–9 pm, Sunday 9 am-2 pm
