Man, 'tis the season to get drunk with your mom. We found Cheryl pounding Bud bottles with a bunch of 20-somethings at the Hideaway in Belltown. Cheryl wanted to see her son play drums with his band so badly, that she rode to the show in the trunk of a station wagon with all the band's equipment. Then she just laughed when he and all his friends referred to her as "the drunk in the trunk". Wow, for this, mom, we salute you.
Happy Holidays! As Drunk of the Week, Cheryl received a "Drunk of the Week" T-shirt and 10 bucks to put toward much needed cab fare.
