Reno, Vas, and the LCBB

This short but sweet LCBB (last call bar brawl) was EXACTLY like that pool-room fight scene in Martin Scorsese's 1973 forever classic Mean Streets. Well, except it didn't ignite because Vas called Reno a mook. Oh, and I guess neither Reno nor Vas looked or sounded anything like Johnny Boy—Robert De Niro's trouble-making street hood character from Little Italy in NYC. It also didn't end when the cops showed up, only to be bribed by the bar owner, nor did said fight start right back up again after the cop left because Reno (or Vas) decided to call the bar owner a scumbag. Other than these coupla things, man, it was Mean Streets all the way. recommended

If it was a real brawl between real brawlers someone's head would have been split with one of of those pool balls.

Ever see super drunk girl kick out a pool light with high-heeled boots on next to a mural of naked mermaids? Me too! Pool tables always get a raw deal...
