This popular and friendly neighborhood bar serves decadent, quality pub grub. No fried mozzarella sticks here. Instead, you can sip a beer and snack on things like baked goat cheese salad, oven-roasted curry cashews, a grilled Reuben sandwich, or a cilantro pesto quesadilla.

A'ight

Went here the other night an it as just ok. They only serve beer and wine (i got a rude response when i ordered a vodka tonic, like i'm supposed to know what their liquor license is). The beer selection was good, but a pitcher cost me 18 dollars. Food was also expensive. I guess not a horrible place for 1 drink, but don't go here if you really want to drink, and the food is better and cheaper at 5 spot down the street.

It's the local watering hole Up Top

The Hilltop is the local spot Up Top. You'll see your cross-section of the neighborhood. They have the best beer selection on top of QA, and their food - a smidge on the pricier side of bar food - tries a little harder and is solid enough, without being outstanding. The beer selection, though, is the reason to go there. Meet your bud after work, finagle a stool at the bar and watch the game on the tv's amidst the socializing crowd.
