Hooray! The circus is comin' to town!

Hooray Margaret Pageler, Jan Drago, Richard McIver, Jim Compton, and Peter Steinbrueck. On Monday February 14, the city council voted 5-4 against the "Exotic Animals" ban -- an overblown issue that this paper is proud to say it didn't waste any time writing about. Now get back to work over there, cracking down on homeless drunks.
