IHOP is still turning out predictable, pillowy, toasty-brown pancakes, often with some amazing clientele to keep your eyes and ears also occupied (especially late night/early morning).
New management has cleaned out the more sketchy guests, but more importantly the food is better. Don't get me wrong this is a chain restraunt with a cook-by-numbers menu, but the German crepes are awesome and the service is perfect.

The IHOP is great. The food is grungy, better than Dennys but that's nothing to brag about, but the clientele: man. One time I was here and the guy at the next table got up and started waving a SWORD around. If you like to hang out with mentally-ill people having episodes, stop on by! If you like coffee, you can drink a LOT of coffee here from that bottomless pot.
