Green star Naked City Brewery & Taphouse (Greenwood)

Website

Greenwood's Naked City Brewery & Taphouse is named for the slow-moving 1948 film noir that opens with a beautiful woman being chloroformed and drowned in a tub. The interior is stripped-down and modern, with granite countertops and stark plaster walls, with black-and-white headshots of movie greats and a framed Casablanca poster. Naked City sports a rotating selection of draft beers and ciders, many of them regional or house-brewed—beer nerds will be pleased.

Growlers

Nice beer selection, friendly and they fill growlers. I did not see they had fried dill pickle chips, but apparently they do.

still great

The beer selection is great and constantly changing. The place has recently expanded, making finding a table much easier.
Good sandwiches, great service 85% of the time.
Avoid the soups.

Best beer selection in Seattle

Never felt quite so strongly about a restaurant/bar/"taphouse"/whatever this is. The first reason to go here is the beer selection. Amazing selection of local (mostly) microbreweries, which rotate frequently. Second, go here for the beer they brew themselves. Third, go here for the sandwiches, which I would describe as above average. Basically, as far as my wife and I are concerned, this is about the only local place we feel compelled to go back to again and again.

Excellent local beer and friendly, helpful staff

Badass beer on their rotating taps (local and imported) and friendly staff combine to make this place a must for beer lovers or casual diners. They have board games too!
