(Ousted Judy Nicastro) Background: Former gossip columnist for the Seattle Times. She also spent years at the Seattle P-I, including stints as business page and editorial page editor. Her Pledge: To bring maturity to the "Circus Animals" council. Our Prediction : For someone so accustomed to being in the spotlight, Godden is surprisingly thin-skinned. Instead of bringing maturity and consensus to the council, she'll make enemies and drag her colleagues into the minutiae of her squabbles. Godden will be a divisive factor on the council.
