SOUNDS OF OM: ANDY CALDWELL

If you follow the wide world of electronic music, chances are you're familiar with the high quality of artists and releases by San Francisco-based OM Records, which puts out a wide range of music, from house to Afro/bossa nova to hiphop. This monthly party has been solid from the get-go. Tonight Andy Caldwell is back in town, with Quazar and Jeromy Nail supporting. Baltic Room, 1207 Pine St, 625-4444, 9 pm-2 am, 21+, $8.

FRIDAY JUNE 28

BOOGIE NIGHTS--STUDIO 54 STYLE

The Timberline--the biggest and gayest ski chalet I've seen, well, anywhere--is celebrating gay pride by making a mock Studio 54 set. The wooden dance floor at the Timberline is so large and slick it'll make your insecure jock brother dance around like he's in Michael Flatley's Feet of Flames. Timberline, 2015 Boren Ave, 9 pm-3 am, 21+, $10.

SATURDAY JUNE 29

HALOU

See preview above.

SUNDAY JUNE 30

FLAMMABLE

This is Seattle's perennial house night. If you wanna freak the dance floor or hear some chunky, ass-shakin', deep house--courtesy of Brian Lyons and guests--or if you just wanna drink until you're hanging onto the carpet to keep from falling off Earth, this is the place to go. I know this is a gay night, but dudes, remember to keep your shirt on, 'cause this ain't no circuit party! Re-bar, 1114 Howell St, 233-9873, 10 pm-2 am, 21+, $6.

YO, SON!

Don't hate the playa, hate the game! Chop Suey is throwing a Sunday night hiphop party, so now there's no excuse for you lazy bastards to leave the Hill. Kick those tasseled loafers to the curb, bee-yotch, 'cause you can even wear sneakers and not get hassled. Chop Suey, 1325 E Madison, 324-8000, 9 pm-2 am, 21+, $3.
