Unique nachos,great beer

I'll second Sarah's note - the vegetarian nachos are great, they come with fake meat! I don't know any other place that does veggie nachos with fake meat. Anyway its tasty and I'm pretty certain that appetizers are half-off during happy hour and beers were at least a buck off? The bartender was a tall friendly guy who was really nice and gave us tasters. I'll admit, I had my reservations about going in since its in the tourist-y area but I'm going back for the nachos. I haven't tried anything else on their menu but I'll give them an extra star for being super nice on the service..

Nachos and Beer!

The vegetarian BBQ Nachos are the best! So is the XXXXX Stout, but it is only available in the winter.

great place

this seattle institution is a beer lover's paradise. The food is suprisingly good, especially if you get the chicken nachos, fish and chips or the amazing Salmon entree dish. A strong selection of beers, the tandem and kiltlifter truly stand out. Service can be spotty depending on the night, but overall they are a charming lot. Spicy atmosphere and secret back room.
