Hidden gem.

Poco is an adorable spot with thoughtful menus (that are updated every few months) & lovely atmosphere to boot. It's decorated in such a way that fosters excellent conversation (comfortable seating, great music at a volume that isn't intrusive). The owner I've met is a dear, & the staff are beyond friendly. The staff are also well-informed & excited about Poco's offerings. Every so often they have tastings, which are great opportunities to buy lots of bottles.

not friendly

all i can say as a friend is that this is not the place to go if you are wearing a tiera and it is your birthday. i did not feel welcome at all even though i went and was having a good time until this place happened to me. its not even a real bar so whatever it is more of a bear bar i think but without the wierd people only the unfriendly ones. you cannot dance here so i do not know why they market to the gay community. i would have anyone tested if i picked them up from here but i would not do that again. the man ray is better for the vibes.

ipoco es bueno!

poco rules. from the shiny, super-polyurethaned bar to the wonderful tactility of the lumber-clad wall, poco is urban mingling at its best. gorgeous lines, good music and nice people. love it. oh, and the wine selection is great.
