Poster of the Week
Nothing gets me revved up like rough, toothy art paper. I also like instructional art and condensed, sans-serif typefaces like Champion and Compacta, so this poster is nearly a shoo-in. What makes it POTW is the designer's choice to go with simple typesetting; the type's size, color, and relationship to arrows all assist in the clean and intuitive organization. A lot of designers get all Photoshop-y, and "creative" typesetting can hinder a poster's ability to communicate necessary information. This solid design avoids that trap. CORIANTON HALE
