In contrast to last week's tidy little number, this sweet treat from "Hair Party" rules for all the opposite reasons. It's insane, chaotic, entirely hand-drawn, and super exciting. Special touches include the subtle third color created when the black and pink plates overlap, and the lightning-bolt letterforms.
