Court entries from his defense attorneys show a case that attempts to blame his radicalization on the older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev. So, the Daily Beast asks, "Who radicalized Tamerlan Tsarnaev?"

Ukraine Pushes Back Against Pro-Russian Separatists: Ukraine officials have deployed airborne troops to counter the pro-Russian insurgents that have taken over government buildings in Eastern Ukraine—insurgents that Russia insists it's not coordinating, never mind that some of these militants speak Russian, don't know their way around the Ukrainian cities they're in, and some have actually identified themselves as members of the Russian military.

Dems Lose Their Base: One of my favorite humans on Twitter, Chris Cillizza, shares a chart that shows why Democrats should be sweating the midtem elections. They don't have strong support from key blocs, including young voters and Hispanic voters. IMO: They fucked themselves. Obama and stacks of Dems backed unconstitutional domestic spying, unexplained international drone killings, and mass deportations—all while their lips said something different—and left their base disaffected:

US Attorney General Eric Holder: He's feeling good so far about Washington and Colorado acting as the laboratories for pot legalization:

"I think there might have been a burst of feeling that what happened in Washington and Colorado was going to be soon replicated across the country. I'm not sure that is necessarily the case. I think a lot of states are going to be looking to see what happens in Washington, what happens in Colorado before those decisions are made in substantial parts of the country."

"But I think, so far, I'm cautiously optimistic," Holder continued. "But as I indicated to both governors, we will be monitoring the progress of those efforts and if we conclude that they are not being done in an appropriate way, we reserve our rights to file lawsuits."
