Every year, you nominate people to be crowned Seattle's sexiest pizza boys, librarians, doctors, performers, Dungeons & Dragons groups, etc., by taking photos of them and uploading them to The Stranger's Flickr pool. We then subject the photos to a rigorous and proprietary sexiness-quotient test, determining who among them are the hottest. In our annual Valentine's Day Issue, we publish the winners.
