Four fans were arrested after a profanity-laced chant at a soccer match between the New England Revolution and the Chicago Fire at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA. The arrests occurred in the general-admission section known as "The Fort," where the Revolution's hardcore fans sit. While Foxborough police chief Edward O'Leary claims no one was arrested for using foul language, the four men were removed from the stadium and taken into custody after defying a new code of conduct that bars the traditional chanting of "You suck, asshole!" whenever the opposing goalkeeper takes goal kicks. Former Washington State University receiver and Puyallup high school football standout Derrick Anthony Dillon, 32, has been charged with first-degree robbery in connection with a bank holdup in Shoreline, WA. Dillon, who majored in criminal justice at WSU, is also being investigated for two other local bank robberies. Nassau County, NY, police have arrested Janet Chiauzzi, 44, for allegedly sending threatening letters to a local Little League official after her son failed to make an elite traveling baseball team. “When you deal with children and parents running things, it gets dicey,” explained East Meadow Little League copresident Stew MacKay.
