Tako Truk is a landlocked "taco truck" from former Sitka & Spruce chef Cormac Mahoney, run out of the 14 Carrot Cafe on Eastlake on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (hours: from around 6 p.m. until around midnight). Ca-razy, and reportedly ca-razy good. Cash only.
Hours: Thurs-Sat 6 pm(ish)-midnight(ish)

If you haven't tried octopuss tacos you haven't had the best taco ever. But really, I have had four different types of tacos here... Curried Chicken, Papaya Beef and Piggy something or other and they are to die for. And three for $5? Are you serious? Gourmet tacos... cheaper than Taco Time. Do yourself a favour and check this place out.
