Capitol Hill's Bad Juju Lounge is awash in red, dripping with skulls, and neatly trimmed with shards of glassy fire. Spirited happy-hour patrons can easily drift through a doorway to Neumo's and enjoy a show, or purchase a coned potato delicacy at the adjacent Belgian Frites. The idle art lover may rest a $2 draft or well on the silvery cement countertop and admire a fantastic mural of a disenchanted, flame-shrouded mermaid, a painting of two giant eels draped symmetrically over a bucolic landscape, or the shadowy beauty of the two enormous wine-glass chandeliers overhead.
