PENETRATION RADIATION
Once every month, when Second Thursday rides high, the Unicorn decks itself out in hot people, gives them groovy 3-D specs, and projects super-'shroomy psychedelia all over them, the walls, their hotness, their specs, and so forth—drowning everything in spinning music and light. This is the one-year anniversary of all that. It's not a specifically "gay night," as it were... UNTIL NOW! (Right!?) And, um, well, you know I neeeever like to bring up "for-good-causey" types of things, because, ugh, what a major fucking downer, but listen! A bunch of the bar revenue is slated to help Japan, via the Red Cross. And since my dear old dad was former regional chairman of the Red Cross, my grandma was even once volunteer of the year, and no one wants to eat mutant glow-in-the-dark sushi, supporting this night is something I am compelled to do, and it might have a karmic advantage for you, too.
