The owner of the tremendously popular Hangar Cafe in Georgetown brings his menu of sweet and savory crepes, waffles, and sandwiches to Ballard. Expect a neighborhood joint where you can truly fill up; the intimidating Ridgeback crepe includes sausage, egg, onions, mushrooms, avocado, and cheddar cheese. Also: beer, wine, and Stumptown coffee.
I went there for dinner on Friday night, sad to see it so empty, especially because my dinner crepe was AMAZING. The salad dressing was also great (pear balsamic I think?). Definitely plan on going back.

I've been once and plan on going back. I had the waffle (and I'm not typically a waffle type of guy) and it was excellent! I would like to try their other menu items.
