'The Stranger' took a picture of a hipster doing something OUTSIDE Capitol Hill for once, like, where the saltwater laps the pilings of the commercial piers?? Amazing! You DON'T hate Downtown (you know, the centre of the city) because there are out-of-towners there, 'Stranger'. You don't!
